My Gastro did diagnose me with Chrohns about 6 months ago but I appear to be in remission. I also have barrett's esophagus and a Hiatal Hernia. They gave me prescription prilosec and Dicylomine which I don't really use and some other night time pill again not really using. Like I said somedays my stomach doesnt work so when it does I pack in the food. I find a mild delta 8 helpos my stomach and appetite more than the medicine

They went down my throat to check things out and I had a problem and nearly died on the table they had to call paramedics to the gastro office to revive me as apparently I wasn't breathing and turned purple for a bit. Gastro said in 20 years I am the only time he had to call 911. After that I declined going back for a colonoscopy I havent been back since

Theoretically some peptides like BPC 157 have gut healing effects

Shitty gimmicks like this make me miss the guys like YAGR, Fozzle, and Chopperrider who would toy with them and then put them in their place.

I wish I could participate more in this thread, but I raced F1 in Monaco Sunday, I was on the mound for 9 innings for the Cubs yesterday, and tonight I have to suit up for simultaneous NBA and NHL playoff contests. It’s okay though...I had some super special sushi flown in and I’m having that with my morning protein shake.

Hank doesn't go to a gym, he works out at home, so he doesn't have a good idea of how he looks compared to other gym guys.

It was easy to figure out where he ranked in collegiate wrestling and semi professional MMA bouts. Wins and losses keep tue score, even with his racing career it's simple to find out where you stand competitively.

To a lesser extent his side hustle as a tattoo artist also provides feedback if hes top of the line or not as clients will reccomend him via word of mouth.

Heck he can even judge his level of anger, frustration and violence when he compares himself to his crazy probation officer.

But there is no way to figure how he measures up to other gym guys without submitting photos to an old bodybuilding board because he trains at home, with a torn pectoral muscle.
