So I ordered this product and it does say it gives you energy. I thought it would be good because ashawaghanda can make you tired. However this gave me slight anxiety since it did give me a lot of energy. I think this product would be great for someone looking to get the nutrients of ashawaghanda without being tired. It does work in that aspect. Ended up going for another brand specifically for stress. This one tho does without a doubt says what it’s supposed to do. I just ordered the wrong kind I guess. Great product does what it says but not for me. Will work for people looking to boost energy!
