How many would Jay Cutler hit?  I'd say 25-30.  Good not great, but hey baseball isnt his primary sport either

Judge is none of this - throwback stand up guy.  They asked him if he was the "legit" champion and he just said "Barry Bonds hit 73"
He's the legit single season hr champion imo and I think most other fans too

Sports these days are garbage, played by many whiny retards. (Trickles down into every field and profession).
A generation of cry-babies and woke-tards, grew up and got jobs (sports, govt, film, police, etc).

Baseball isnt as bad as NFL or NBA. (Yet). Might be a diversity thing (A bit less diverse than the others).
NHL is trying to hold on, but going woke at every chance they can.

(Every year the Bruins honor Willie O'Ree, 1st black player. (Who sucked)  LOL

Baseball is even more diverse, haha lots of Latin players and Asian players a long with Hebrews and whites

Basketball is the worse, followed by football, majority of those are just Hebrews

18.   Ken Griffey Jr.+ (27)   56   1997   704   L   HR Log
    Ken Griffey Jr.+ (28)   56   1998   720   L   HR Log

Really impressive what he was doing in the late 90's being 6'3'' 200-ish lbs and clean from what we know.

Pure talent.

Exactly, a 99 mph pitch with 15 inches of lateral break somehow being drilled with a 110 exit velo to the gap resulting in a 95+mph throw to the plate from an outfielder to get the runner by a fraction at home cannot compare to the sheer excitement of when the bodybuilders do the "I can't hear you" hand to ear thing before a riveting most muscular.
Yes,that`s all good but when nothing at all happens for what seems like an eternity it`s excitement at its best.

Better chance he is than isn't. He doesn't look like a linebacker like Bonds and Macgwire

so?  we've all seen plenty of guys that looked like they never entered a gym in their life, and weren't natural

i think he's been juiced since he made the majors, he wasn't even a top minor league prospect now he's suddenly the best home run hitter in the game?  no way

I watch Baseball. I like Judge, Stanton, Rizzo, LeMahieu, and for some reason I like Oswaldo Cabrera.

I’m indifferent on Gleyber.

I don’t like Josh Donaldson or Aaron Hicks.

But Judge hitting 61... and then 62, the magic is gone. I am happy for him. But I don’t really care.

I like Oswaldo too....he's done great and has a lot of energy.  Peraza/Vlope/Dominguez/Arias could all be part of a youth movement.

Can't stand Donaldson.

I think it’s great politics aside, baseball and sports in general needs this excitement again. The McGwire/Sosa era is still the best

It was.

However, MLB can by hypocrites - they turned a blind eye to steroids since the players were drawing fan interest, and enabled the entire era.

So this crap about omitting Bonds / Arod / Clemens  etc from the Hall is ridiculous, especially when Ortiz actually failed a test and got in, and guys like Piazza and Pudge are in.

Agree with both you and Coach.  To me, A-Rod and Big Papi are the worst.  Both proven to have failed tests where as Bonds and Clemens technically haven't.  Yet, Bonds and Clemens are banned while I'm forced to see A-Rods smug fucking face on Sunday Night Baseball for 26 weeks every season.  I like Big Papi but he fucking cheated and caught no flack.  Like them or not but Sosa and McGuire brought baseball back from the brink.  I fucking hate Senator George Mitchell.  I really hope that before he dies he gets nailed for his goings on at Epstein Island.  Fuck him.

he weighed a lean 280 in high school?

also didn't he only hit about 39 home runs last year?  you don't think it's strange to hit 23 more in a contract year?

I never assume I know if anyone is clean or not, but I dont think the surge is based on any steroid like advantages.

He did hit more than last year.  He also had 63 more PA, the umpires stopped calling the ball below his knees a strike, and he was able to stay back on ball and drive the other way.  It was more about pitch  selection and patience, plus all the vagaries of baseball thrown in.  In addition, he was relatively injury free most of the year.

If you base it on steroids, did he start just this year?  Doesnt make sense.

Ohtani is the most exciting, complete overall player in baseball right now

6’4, fast, power hitter, power pitcher, filthy sliders, sinkers, 102 fast balls

Other than that it is a dead sport

Also Trout is fun to watch too when he’s healthy which almost never happens

Baseball is almost as boring as golf and soccer.

We used to have a getbigger that could hit 400 ft home runs with ease but decided not to pursue baseball professionally cause his mind wasn’t in it

I believe he went by flinstones
