whats up with all the hate?  I don't think it is too far fetched that he is natural.  He does seem to have good work ethic and a good diet, and I think someone with good genetics could achieve that kind of physique when you put it all together.

tuesday /legs+hams supersets
wednesday /shoulders arms supersets
repeat...than rest on sunday.
on the first cycle i do really heavy low reps... than second time around light weight
i love this split its arnold style

6 days a week; cut back on the training, make it 3 or 4 days a week and you will make even better progress...

i used to train abs like crazy for hours when i trained judo for but nowdays almost none
you can train chest 2 times just don;t go heavy both times (my opinion)
and i love training so much its hard to cut back  :( maybe when i get older...

definitely, i've gotten my best results from lifting 4 times a week, 1 hour or less each session, hard, heavy and intense

Everything just once, bacl, chest, shoulders, legs, etc....though it should seem obvious, any training puts stress on the entire body, not just the body part...that is why recovery is so important. Naturals should never train more than 3 to 4 times a week, unless for shock training such as a very temporary overtraining, accompanied by 10 to 14 days of total rest (except cardio)...

my sets n reps are not many bro.. here u go. chest for example

1 set of barbell bench press = low weight, just for warm up

2 sets of incline dumbell press - 7 reps max

2 sets of weighted dips - 7 reps max

2 sets of decline barbell press - 7 reps max

wht u say?

You look great! please tell us what your diet is? you mentioned good amount of complex carbs when dieting to keep muscle, i think so too! I take 165g complex carbs everyday + 40g carb simple sugar after training on lifting days.
