You certainly don't have to worry about size or symmetry. From the looks of it you are going to stick to a rather basic calorie counting regime, nothing wrong with that. Conditioning will win you this show. You are plenty lean enough but not ahead of schedule but right on track. You could forgo cardio if you wanted to conserve energy and just manipulate you calories to get yourself shredded. Since you don't have much of an appetite I would lean towards this approach. Personally I like to keep things simple I would eat lean beef rice potato chicken eggs and egg whites and do around 5 meals. The only reason I say is if you are counting calories it's just easier this way. Unless you are eating the same exact thing daily and you already know the calorie count.

Been unwell for a couple of days, pissed a kidney stone out last Monday two days after being given the all clear from the Hospital for kidney stones.

Zero appetite, food today bowl of muesli with milk at 5.30 am, thats it.
Not even feeling hungry at all, just going to sit it out until I feel like eating again.
Been drinking BCAAS through the day to keep fluids going in.

Feeling a bit better today, had a sirloin steak sandwich for lunch, urine is a bit clearer, it was like rusty water this morning.
Dropped about 5lb since yesterday.
legs were cramping when I was driving home.

What is your current Bodyweight - if you know.
And how much body fat do you think you need to lose.

Will you change your PED's ( if you use )
& to what & for how long.

Send a message if you prefer- as its open forum.
Or just ignore. Ha.

Shouldn't you reduce protein intake if you are prone to kidney stones?

Had a few stones in the past, doctor put it down to me not drinking as much water when I stopped competing back in the mid 90s, I always drank a lot and then went to drinking like a normal person, he felt my body had adapted to the large volume of water so it struggled when i restricted it.

I just got some Berberis vulgaris liquid, apparently it is used to remove any kidney stones, mixed with warm water and sipped it supposed to get them moving, will give it a go on Friday, in case I get any stuck    ;D
