I had a funny day today, i've been working my ass off and decided to call to the work and say that i have diarrhea. (I don't).
Then i wen't to the gym and did a good chest routine, after that i called my family and told them to meet me at this local (very high end restaurant). I told my brother to bring me my BCAA's that i can take them after the training.
Usually i take 5 g of bcaa's before training along with red bull. But because i had already drank two protein-carb rtd's i didn't want to mess up my gut.
So anyway my family arrives and i take two handfulls of bcaa's in front of the restaurant and BOOM! The cops pull up right in front of us! They flash theyre light's and give me this LOOK... After awhile the other cop recognizes me and waves to me and move on.
Huh Huh!
I mean bcaa's wouln't had caused me trouble, but when the cops here in Finland find some unmarked pill's and test them on you're expense ie. 300$ and i didn't want to embarres my family.
As far as the dinner wen't it was nice, i had four steak burger 3 servings of fries and a large milk.
