I got 93% fat free ground beef on sale for $2.88 per lb.!!!!!!!!

IT'S FRESH!

Those 5.5LB bulk containers.

Bought three of those........for freezing.

None of you sluts can match that kind of price in this economy!   :D ;D :D

Nice. Here & there I've been able to get 96% ground beef for $3.29 a pound. I'll usually buy all they have out.

Busy - i want to say it was 93% or something close. the lady who owns the land next to mine slaughters all her cattle and her son is a butcher, so i get a hookup. i think it is usually over 3.10 a pound, maybe more.

I did not realize you guys play Georgia.  Good luck on that one.  We play them as well.  It's our biggest game of the year and will likely determine who wins the SEC and probably plays for the National Championship.

They are good, but I'm not convinced they are as good as everyone says.  That said, they do return something like 18 of 22 starters, including their QB and RB.

Adam Dunn is a statistical oddity.

He leads the majors in HR and is among the leaders in walks but only has a .240BA.

That's extremely low for a guy who knows the strike zone.

Of course, if he was hitting .300, he'd have more HR, RBI, BB and wouldn't be available for trade so I guess it works out.

The problem is, we need him to drive in runs, not talk walks with RISP.

I hope he's going to be enough to win the west because the Dodgers aren't giving up.
