Zero hour tommorow is GRC no training today.  Drink 2 gallons so far since tommorow is 7 hours of torture or so.

15 minutes  - heavy dumbbell circuites  w squat  - dumbbell row  - clean & press    - no / little rest

15 minutes - circuits -  10 burpees - 10 squats - 5 pull ups 20 pushups - 100 flutter kicks  - however many I could get

30 minutes stairmaster

Decided to try this on front presses, from in a PR, have done similar programs like this before.  No rep is ever to point of failure..

Press for 12-15 reps  (warmup)
Add 40 lbs...10 reps
Add another 40lb...8 reps
Add another 40lb...5 reps
Add 25lb, sets of 3's for 3 sets
Strip off 50lbs and go for reps.

Going to do same thing on the BB row/hi-pull combo, for the back. After the press workout.

5 sets Barbell    225 bench press x 10     225lb squats x 10

5 Sets  - 10 burpees 5 pull ups 20 pushups 100 flutter kicks 

25 minutes Stairmaster set at level 9

Where the olympic bar is put in a corner...we have a holder for it but some people weight it down..then you do rows either to the side or between you legs

Super set-front/rear seated presses
side raises
upright rows
superset-rear pec dec/front raises
