First time I've run like that in awhile.

...lol did better then I thought I would.

Incorporating running is always a good thing.  I personally like sprints better than distance since distance runs are boring to me - but it's total bs by body builders that running destroys your legs.

3 mile trail run....ran the first 1 1/2 then walked/ran the rest.

Do three weeks of interval sprints on a treadmill and don't "regular" run at all.  Then do the trail run again.  It will be simple.

Did this x5 - plus a lot of other bs

Chaos - you would be surprised how effective this is.  Combine sprints, weights, etc.  Best of both worlds.

Yeah but it'a hell of a lot more boring...I'm starting a combo of both.

By the way, the "goblet squat" exercise is shit.   Had a complementary training session yesterday and did that.  Rest of the stuff was cool though.

33 - which go ruck sandbag do you have?  40/60/80?

Can you buy and 80, but fill to 40, etc?

60lb  - but it can hold more.   The cool thing is that is has so many frigging handles everywhere and the material is THICK.  I put the sandbags in a garbage bag.

No way - the only machine I use is the stairmaster w the real steps.   other than that - dumbbells mostly.  Barely even use barbells any more.

I typically go to 495 for 6-8, then 545 for 4-6. Yesterday I did obe rep at 495, put it down and unloaded it. Just not happening and I'm not interested in hurting myself.
Another day....
