My weight doesn't fluctuate 20lbs in a day. It fluctuated 9lbs after passing out for 12 hours after a long workout missing dinner and waking up dehydrated. You are the one who knows jack shit about it because you weigh 150lbs. A 10lb range is perfectly normal for an athlete my size. For an old munchkin like yourself not so much

A guy like Makkawy weighed 160-165 pound competitively but beat tons and tons of guy outweighing him by nearly 100 pounds or more.
Throw away your scale because it`s driving you nuts and just go by how you look in the mirror once or twice weekly....you may regain your sanity.
Oh one more thing,I was winning trophies in powerlifting before you were even a gleam in your dads eye.
