The case needs to be overturned on the basis of it's own merit, and then she and the judge should be penalized for the weaponization of the judicial system.

I didn't say anything about her personal life.
Isn't what she, Comey and Reid went through a true definition of weaponization of the judicial system? Unlike what the orange buffoon cries about, they actually were not found guilty.
Should the Administration be penalized for multiple failed attempts to get a guilty verdict? If this isn't the definition of legal harassment, then I don't know what is. This is sort of the same thing that Fatso tried when he called GA and told them to "find me the votes".
I bet you are going to cry when these people file legal motions of their own over the harassment.

Which they should definitely do... not that they will get anywhere with their lawsuits in our current political environment. Maybe they should wait a year or three when the tides have turned.

Thursday... you know, yesterday.... was an EPIC day of winning.
The aforementioned James indictment being tossed was a follow through bitchslap. The orange dust in the air hasn't settled yet.
Trumpy's power grab in Indiana failed hilariously spectacular. Even funnier is when he tried to play it off like it was no big deal and he wasn't very involved with it. ::) Except by whining, begging, and threatening the GOP members that they better vote his way. But they said "no". And then sided with the Dem minority. :D :D
House Republicans voted to approved a bipartisan measure to restore collective bargaining rights for nearly one million federal workers, effectively nullifying a prior Trump executive order.
And - to the surprise of no one - he failed again to share any details or offer any insight to his "concept of a plan" for the upcoming healthcare issue.
Prepare for a long weekend of social media screeching and lying.

No. Not even close.
Comey may have been a piece in a scheme by the left to remove a sitting President, based on a known phony dossier.
Trump is now investigating his role.
So, in your mind, example one is not weaponization, but but example two is?
If I have that wrong, can you explain your position here?
Also, the James' real estate was not thrown out on it's merit, but by a judge who deemed the appointment of the specific prosecutor illegal. It doesn't mean she was innocent. But like I said, I don't care. She should be punished if the real estate case against trump gets overturned. Reports were that in appeal it was going very poorly for the prosecution, to the point where he attorneys were worried about getting sanctioned. I'd have to dig in a bit to confirm though, as I'm going off memory there.
