Thanks - the mound is cool - someone built it out of wood and put shitty carpet on it.  Gave it to me and I had scrap astroturf that I used, and cut up some rubber flooring to make the pitching rubber....now it looks awesome.  Not bad for a freebee.

The best things in life are free.

Or from Walmart.

I will admit Walmart has the best plastic bags for storing scooped catshit from the litter box.

I say this will 100% seriousness.

They have thick plastic bags, the kind that doesn't tear.

Compare that to target (reusable cloth), Trader Joes (paper) or other supermarkets (shitty, easily tear-able plastic) and it's not even close.

Some states outlawed plastic bags.

If plastic bags are outlawed only outlaws will have plastic bags.

Harris Teeter in S.C. has awesome plastic bags.

Fucked up my knee and won't get it looked at because we're going away in the beginning of August and I don't want to know until we get back if it's really bad.
Still lifting but I feel like the people we make fun of for not doing legs :'(

There is a debate on the unwashed general masses board where most of the participants are afraid of training legs with any significant weight.

This is disappointing to see on a site called getBIG. I'm surprised that guys that are willing to inject bathtub drugs are scared to do squats because they are "dangerous". LOL
