that's my attempt at a artistic photo  ;D

you can clearly see that my pecs are thicker than before  ;)

once i'm ready, i'm find a photographer to take bodyart photos of me

i'll be ready for it sometime in april or may

yep, wide shoulders atop a tight narrow waistline is unbeatable  8)

the thing about riches is that his arms look much fuller in that vid, compared to how they looked a few years ago

i'd say my delts are the best of the three but how do the arms and pecs compare to them

all's i do for direct delt work is strict laterals, no presses of any kind and no upright rows, my delt workout is a few sets of strict laterals and that's it lol

i train for shape, separation, detail, and proportions, and yep my quads have improved pretty well  8)

but what i'm asking for here is for feedback regarding the proportions of my delts, pecs and arms

 If I were u I would get to 200 lbs, then worry about proportion and touch shit up if need be.

THIS,,,only drawback is as one gets stronger and pushes ,injuries get sometimes in the way or joints ,knowing dj181 over the yrs here he gets complicated in his quest...

after the new year i'm most likely gonna blast sust at 750 mg six to eight weeks maye longer and keep mast in at 300 mg

i'd love to add primo in to ut it's too fucking expensive  >:( >:( >:( >:(

i'll post the back shots here in a few hours... i'm curious how my back's proportions are in relation to my delts and arms, so we will see  ;)

U should really do the old classic test deca/npp and eat alot.of quality food there are people who have used that to go into a show its all about diet u wast masterone at 300mgs week and trying to get bigger it's uneccessary imo. Both Test deca or npp is cheap compared to primo. Also 6-8 weeks ide go 16-20 weeks for better results.

i'm thinking about adding npp but i don't like that it's a wet compound  >:(

i love being dry hard and detailed  8)

but i do like the fact that npp is very mild, like primo and mast

maye i could do test npp mast keeping test high ad the others low

U wouldn't b dissappointed with npp gives u a good look while on it too more 3d I wasn't bloat made muscle pop out more actually in the pic i put of myself above^npp and sustanon and dbol is what I was on

and btw my trainer is pushing my wheels the hardest and arms and torso quite hard and delts just a bit

don't worry about the nit pick bro, coz that's what i want  ;)

so it goes like this from these photos... delts one, bis two, back three, tris four  ???

p.s. i purposely under-develop the traps coz i like the wide straight across shoulder look  8) i think thick high traps steal away from the pretty delt look  ;D

and with the tri you are talking about the long head yes

i got pretty good lateral "outside" tri development i think, all kind of presses heavily stress the lateral outside head of the tris
