could vs destroy is where my mentality is. 

I feel like im not going into anything for survival or just a completed medal or patch - i want to dominate

12 giant sets - minimal rest between - just to move to station

Giant set:
5 pull up
10 push up
30 sec sprint at 10 mph (treadmill max)

1 hour HIIT w pull ups, prowler sled,  tire flips, battle ropes, concept 2 rower, etc   - each station for 30 sec w active rest of mountain climbers in between each.

1 hour ruck at 14-15 min pace.

My running still sucks.  I dont get fatigued or tired at all - im just not good at it.

Just shuffle ruck.

Using the method you described - 1 min walk / 1 min shuffle hits about 11 mile.  I think that's fine.

Running sucks.

16 sprints @ 10 mph / 20 sec on 20 sec off.   Felt like I could do 40 but not pushing it since it's the first time in a few.....

Today will be a 2 hour ruck as sort of a day off.  Will use the weight vest - which i think is great device.   

I bought these "perfect push up" things and been using them in the AM before work.  Banging out about 25-50 pushups before I leave.

Yes - bought them cause w the weight vest its alittle harder to get full ROM.  And yes - they are a little harder, not that much like people say, but a little harder.
