that works ,,just train thats the 1st part,eating and extras make up rest..i do hammers on knee and standing across the body hammers arms locked front of hand faces mirror .
Nether Animal:
I always get really bad forearm cramping after I work biceps. Usually once my pump wears off later in the day, and it persists all the rest of the day.
I drink plenty of water and don't have an electrolyte issue, but this only happens with my forearms.
Nether Animal:
My chest is terrible but I'm working on it.

FLYES AND DIPS ,,SUPERSET CABLE CROSSOVERS AND DIPS I LIKE 2...
Nether Animal:
I started doing cable flyes instead of dumbbells. I use 90% dumbbells for chest and that is probably why I don't have much size, I'm always working out alone and don't have a spotter.
Will try dips more.
