but you have a sever lack of understanding of what steroids will do for you

YES, profesionals are alll drugs
YES, take aways bodybudiling drugs and no one would compete at over 200 lbs ripped at 6 foot or under

BUT, that does not mean that taking steroids will make you an ifbb pro

if your not dedicated and doing all the correct things then you wont gain jack shit... and you still have to train hard and not miss meals or workouts and still get your rest every day..

once youve done all those things, AND taken steroids, then you MIGHT have a chance, if your genetics allow it, to have a decent looking body...      (bodybuilding related, not average public related)

you rinse ground beef to remove the fat..

 you can make a package of 70/30 beef into meat as lean as chicken if your properly prepare and rine it...

Yeah, you're right man... That kid definitely works hard, drinks all his shakes, takes his NO Explode religiously, rinses his ground beef, carries a meat-filled cooler with him everywhere, trains for 2 hours a day with very heavy weights, doesn't take time off the gym, and therefore has no need for steroids.

When you have genetics and a work ethic like that, you don't need steroids. You can accomplish this naturally!

lol..you for forgot the creatine, BCAA, Yobamine, Ginger root, ZMA before bed..and ofcourse POST work out shakes with wazy maize

Beyond hoping warm water will emulsify some of the fat there's no legitimate reason to think "properly rinsing" beef will affect the fat content to any extent. The fat keeps it together. Considering the quality of most tap water, it might not be the safest thing to do either.

I'll go a step further and say there's very little difference between 80 and 90 % lean ground beef after it's cooked. Some geeks tested it a few years ago.

Also, fannypacks are for fags. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

thats true most of the fat is lost during cooking.. i normally drain about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of fat out of each lb of meat i cook in the pan... but to really get all the fat out i pour the cooked meat into a bowl and then pour boiling water into the bowl... and wait abotu a minute then a take a wooden spatula i cooked with and smash he meat... then in two or three minutes i come back and drain the bowl and i get a WHOLE LOT of fat out that way... then ill rinse the beef in a rinser bowl ive got with tiny hole sin the bottom... then i pour it into a napikin and squueze the meat... really; i think there has got to be zero fat left after i preare it this way
