Right after posting here some guys were cutting down a tree and asked for help. Three straight hours of dragging branches, followed by lifting logs, wheelbarrow trips and finally raking. Hands didn't get tired and there was no back pain until the very end. I'm really amazed at how much a simplified workout, core training and using the kettlebell have improved the ability to do real work over such a short time.

Gym was closed today.

Tried some TGUs but was shot. Will have to do them later in the day or first thing in the morning.

shoulders and traps today.


standing presses up to 245. 5 sets 6 to 8 reps

machine presses 3 sets working up to the stack

up right rows 45 and a 10 on each side 8 to 10 reps

side and front raises pussy weight. super setted to failure.
