Decided to try this on front presses, from in a PR, have done similar programs like this before. No rep is ever to point of failure..
Press for 12-15 reps (warmup)
Add 40 lbs...10 reps
Add another 40lb...8 reps
Add another 40lb...5 reps
Add 25lb, sets of 3's for 3 sets
Strip off 50lbs and go for reps.
Going to do same thing on the BB row/hi-pull combo, for the back. After the press workout.
