Go buy yourself a book on sports nutrition, preferably "Sports Nutrition" by Ron J Maughan.
During the day, it's all about exhanging those simple carbs for complex carbs like wholegrain pasta and brown rice.
Avoid white sugar.
Fast carbs are good post work out. But you know that, probably.
150 grams of fast carbs PW should be just about right. Also add 20-30 grams of protein.
And love that furniture.
