my right bicepis lagging behind by half an inch?either i should work it alone or leave it?

yeah usually you have one arm bigger, typically the one that does more day to day work.  Besides we are only human, we aren't perfectly symmetrical.

1/2 inch is not bad really. Are you deadlifting with an alternating grip? I changed to overhand with both arms and my biceps have evened up quite a bit.
