For you haters outhere, did you guys stopped for one minute to think that MAYBE, just MAYBE, Jay may be coming out of a leg training lay off, hence he's easily building up his intensity, rather than dive into his usual all out leg training and risk a stupid injury? Have you guys ever came out from a lay off and started back the leg training? The pain is horrenduous....
I've noticed something very interesting and unusual in Jay's training: he is using knee wraps. He was known for never using them throughout his carrer. Why is he using it, now? Maybe some kinda tendonitis around the patella or some other knee pain? That's curious...
