3-45s on each side on set press/leverage machine. that's about 270 which i can do for 2-3 reps w/wo spotter...so i guess 300 is possible. havent tried anything above. dont mess with flat bench anymore.

RAW my best bench is about 190-195, which ain't too shabby for my size. I hope to improve both my raw and shirted bench presses this off-season!

Next week I was planning on videoing it as it might be some time before I can do it again due to destroying myself at xmas, new years and can't be fu*ked period after new years.

So I'll gladly post up video footage if the claim is questioned.

Bench is my worst lift, although I've got a nice pair of titties that are the envy of many of my girlfriends (as in girls who are friends).
