Thanks man, much appreciated  ;)

How tall are you? Because I am 5'10, 180-185lbs and don't look as big as your 180lbs pic, yet I am currently more defined than that, (yes, I have seen your contest pics, you look absolutely nuts and goes past my all-time best)). Because if you are 5'10 or higher I would have gueseds you are well over 180, if not in the 190-200 range, based off my proportions.

What is wavelength's diet principle?

One meal only a day, worst quality you can find in town, chinese buffet, McD, BK or Kebap and one 100g whey shake.  ::) ::) ::)

And before he calls me a "misquoter" and liar again, i have this:

Quote from: wavelength
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113288021

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113288021&page=46

I'm about 6 feet (maybe 5'11)...  I've competed between 169 - 180....

I think I was 180 in that pic... maybe 185ish... only reason I remember is because that was the off-season that I actually tried staying in shape.

Its all an illusion man... the whole point is to look bigger than you really are!

I took this pic one week ago

You look fucking awesome!!!  Props man!!

Good pussy pulling physique...

I would guess that the same diet doesn't work for everyone.. someone using steroids can utilize way more protein than a natural..

It says nothing about "worst quality" in my post. And you left out a few things.
My particular diet is irrelevant anyway, what's relevant is that the essential rules are met.
I just want to find out which rules are essential and which are not. IMO, most rules of classic bodybuilding diets are not.

i get tired of reading your posts these days...you know literally nothing about anything it seems.

hard work = success

hardwork + genetics = degree of success

loser's mindset = loser's physique = deicide

Mate, anything over 30 is DEFINITIONALLY  not a spring chicken. Biologally speaking we reach our peak between 20 and 25 and after that it's bergabwaerts. I know I am old but these days I just have the ultimate goal of trying to be in shape and have fun when I can and spend time with people I care about. You don't need to be young to do that stuff.

i doubt you know anything.

you ramble on about genetics this, genetics that...blah blah bah

if you are natural...you have to GAIN weight to gain muscle.  look at big ache...he was up to 250 lbs and then dieted down to the 170's.  i normaly go up to 220 and diet down into the 170s as well.  my brother goes up to 280 an goes down to 220's.

it doesnt take "genetics" to gain weight...just look at all the fat people around you.  if you are eating big, and lifting, then you will gain fat + muscle...the majority being fat, BUT, when you diet down, you will still show significant gains.

this is solid advice btw.  you can take it or leave it..i really dont care.  but its vey annoying to listen to you whine 24/7 about your genetics.  genetics determine muscle shape, attachments, etc.  hard work determines results.  if you "truly" ate big like you claimed to, then you weight would have went up drastically...but it didnt, so it was just BS.

try drinking a gallon of milk a day and eating really thick peanut butter sandwiches inbetween every meal

you will gain weight.

good luck.

You think the world is 6,000 years old???
