It says nothing about "worst quality" in my post. And you left out a few things.
My particular diet is irrelevant anyway, what's relevant is that the essential rules are met.
I just want to find out which rules are essential and which are not. IMO, most rules of classic bodybuilding diets are not.
To each their own!!! Whatever he is doing is working for him! And he staying lean all year round which is more than I can say for myself, So who am I to tell him that he needs to change his diet?

There are a million different ways to bodybuilding success - thats what people need to understand, there isn't just ONE COOKIE CUTTER way, we're all different and as a result we will all have different plans!
