Whats your staple for best chest exercise Bigher?
Personally, I think fly movements open up the chest cavity a lot more and if you squeeze the contraction really well, they are tough to beat.
However, I would probably say Incline Barbell is best. Problem with barbells in general is that it opens the door for ego lifting. gh15 made a good post about ego lifting and going heavy once. He said if you need to, go in the gym once per month and train with the heavy weight you want to impress the whores with lol

I generally start chest day with a heavy pressing movement... I rotate between the various types of presses. I like Incline Smith and I think it is a good exercise, but lighten the weight a bit on Incline Barbell and even pause for a second on the chest like a power lifter and really contract up... tell me the smith is better after that.
