With our effed up legal system I'm surprised some lawyer doesn't have a cottage industry set up of suing these blatant ripoffs immediately and extracting a settlement from whoever is involved. If I was OHearn I'd think about my assets.

Lol. I'm guessing that O'Hearn, like most of the "fitness industry" is a Potemkin Village of "assets". Likely just a bunch of rents and leases and 6 figure credit card debt.
