He was at the Aussie grand prix as a spectator , he looked and sounded happy and relaxed, far from the stressed out luke in vegas last oct, he looked big and full and he will no doubt make a good impression in his next show , bigger and better than before !!

I am 8 weeks out of NY now and sitting on 275lbs and very happy with how things are going. I will be flying out to the US in 10 days time and preparing the last 6 weeks there. I plan on bringing at least my shape of NY last year at 7-10lbs more!
