its saying something about how bodybuilders lie

10. age not only do some bodybuilders shave a couple of years, but a few old timers actually add years
9. measurements unless your carry a tape measure assume most bodybuilders tack at least an inch to every measurement but there waistlines
8. wealth multimillion dollar contract rs 20,000 square foot homes
7. height when asked their height bodybuilders grow an inch, but some actually shrink some guys in the middle range feels its more impressive to be 5'7" and 230 than 5'8" than 230
6.injury training maladies are very real and too common and yet phantom joint sourness remains the most convenient all purpose excuse
5. water the dreaded water weight is always to blame never because there fat
4. bodyweight amateurs have to step on scales but pros weigh what they say
3. drugs most competitors claim to take less than there competition. no one ever admits to doing it
2. poundages if u believe what they say they lift its a wonder why there not breaking powerlifting records
1. illness stomach virus the number one excuse for missing a peak

now this is from the pages of flex but when i read it its more like a day at get big these guys must get there ideas for bulletins another thing is flex's new strategy to make fun of there own bodybuilders  ??? go figure

And this coming from the premiere magazine endorsing their athletes.  Actually the points listed seem valid.  Lol at point number one.  Chris Cormier comes to mind, on more than one occasion.

THat list is pretty accurate.  FLEX is spot on, now and then.  Of course, it's precanned muscle worship the other 97% of the time.

u know its the same for athletes in the pros and college, in the rosters and team program, they always add 20 lbs, and 2 inches to every player, ever think of that, bro its life, and yes it is crazy but hey if people are stupid enough to believe the shit that comes out of peoples mouths everyday then we might not have such a problem with it, and if people werent such bullshitters we wouldnt have the problem, but hey I weigh 240, but look 260 so if a fuckstick ass grease wants to believe it then let the dickspit be told the lies
