why do you need a stimulant to lift weights? That's stupid. For a cardio sport it seems more suited.
here what usually happens...
i take it in the car...
in the front end of the workout i'jm usually taking around 1 to 2 mins between sets...
by the end when the eph is really kicking i end up taking 30 secs..i'm pretty much going crazy...(that dosen't necessarily mean i'm going light )
i usually dont do cardio..if i do its usually a 20 min up hill sprint on the tread..or i find a hill and do sprints..
i do cardio ONLY to condition my lungs for squats and high rep deads...
i consider myself fat right now..yet i can see my abs and serratus when i flex..
