I think that gym is much better than gold’s gym in Venice. It’s very old school and hardcore.

I believe Ron lives in Woodland Hills which is in the San Fernando Valley. It is in L.A. County. Whether flying into Burbank or LAX car rental is a must. L.A. is almost 5,000 square miles including land and water, as I imagine you've discovered since arriving.

It was really good. I did some chest and shoulders with him, because I think they are my weakest part.

Nothing we did was fancy with all body twist and different angles. We just did basics, dumbbell incline press, hammer press, decline barbell press, lateral raise, front raises.

He is very nice, very talkative and very professional.
