I get the calls for more thickness. We can all always get thicker but I don't get being called narrow. I am wider than a doorway. I have broad shoulders I am wider than most 250lb bodybuilders.

I weighed in at 231 weeks ago on camera. I then dropped back down and I am a shredded 220 when I wake now and absolutely can get up to 225 before bed. I have weighted in multiple times on camera with multiple scales no idea why my weight is still being questioned. I am absofuckinglootely over 220lbs at all times and honestly I am probably a little dehydrated at 220lbs.

I do agree doorway looks sub-standard but I also think the physique is solid and wideness is not an issue. Also saw how good you looked at the Venice Beach competition which you posted some time ago. Those are fun contests to be in.

I am literally mid workout between sets I flex between sets to push blood into the muscle and work the mind muscle connection my gym is directly below me. Also I have not been stuffing food for a couple weeks now and I am still 220lb solid as fuck empty in the am. I am 225 just eating regular and yes I could push to 230 in a couple days just stuffing myself but considering I am having stomach issues that is not the current plan. Taking it slower

I am aware I have a torn right pec. The most recent tear was in March this year. It will improve some you can fill in the gap to a degree. We all get injuries as we age don't let them deter you as an untrained injury left to atrophy looks a lot worse than one you keep training.

This is right after dinner. I had some hamburger helper and 2-3 glasses of gatorade. I probably needed a gallon of water though yesterday I was on the beach all day surfing and walking then I stayed at my girls so yes I was dehydrated this am. I then went jetsking today so was out in the sun a lot. My physique will absolutely smooth out after dinner due to sodium and water. I never said my abs pop after dinner but they do in the am. I said my weight goes over 225 by the end of the day and it does.

It is not just weight that matters but I post an am pic when I am all cut up and everyone says I look 180lbs. So then I post a pic in the evening a few pounds heavier and now I am just a fat slob with bad weight??? Everyone says I lie about my weight if anything I call it low. I said I was 220-225 am-pm and then I checked today and I am 223-228 am-pm. I don't have any fat on me it is all good weight. But yes I hold more water later in the day. But be it 223lbs or 228lbs I am still a lot bigger than people keep saying. I am also vascular not fat.
We can argue about structure all day as that is an opinion but my weight and lack of bodyfat is not I have some legit size you don't see many guys with my size and bodyfat just walking around. Yes you looked good in your pics at 206lbs but I am 20lbs heavier and still lean and vascular. I will also go over 230 in the next 6 months. Injuries disease and plagues be damned

Yeah 228.4 is actually a 32.8 BMI and my FFMI is like a 29 which is considered unlikely but these dudes act like I am a 185lbs. If I was shorter than my claimed height with my proven weight those numbers would be even higher. Again I am not small.

Again I am smoother at night its a night time weigh in not a pose in good lighting my legs are absolutely cut up in the am. They are also vascular. But I don't like showing old pics tomorrow is leg day anyway. But again regardless if my legs are great or not I am still 228.4lbs with very little bodyfat that means somewhere on my frame is a lot of muscle. My upper body is very large my legs are not small

I was 510.5 in 10th grade so yeah I could easily claim 511 since all my friends who claim 6 feet are my exact same height. But yes my last official height measurement in 10th grade was 510.5. As I am always conservative on estimates I say 510.5 or 510 but yeah I am probably closer to 511 most people my age do not count half inches and just round up. I also never took a height measurement after age 16. I am pretty sure I gained half an inch but I probably slouch now so 510.5 is fine but no I am not 510 I have always been at least 510.5
