I just can`t believe what he has done!! When Stonehenge was built it took years and years. Mike accomplished something of this magnitude in only 6 months! Going to the grocery store and buying lean meats....Weighing your oatmeal......Cooking in the microwave....Mike knew how to get through all of those pains and tribulations! The courage it took. If that's the case, you should never weigh more than 240-245 max, even at the end of a bulk.

Exactly. There is bound to be some serious binging immediately after the contest. For that reason I would recommending staying on the drugs (AAS, thermos, T3 if he has taken it) until the worst binge is over to try to partition some of the excess calories to muscle instead of fat.

I always loved bodybuilding / working out ( still my passion) I was deluded however ( thinking I was bigger/better than I was) this place humbled me ( which I fucking needed) some great people reached out to me from this website ( Larry/ Marty Vranicar) helped me get into true contest condition ... So yes i have always loved bodybuilding .... Just needed a reality check is all!
