You are wrong. Cardio to be aerobic exercise has to be continuous and not stop and go.  Living your life unless you are a construction laborer doesn't count as training.  You can't put on a fitbit or an app then claim your ordinary life is a fitness lifestyle because you suddenly realized you walked 4 miles. That's called being alive. I walked fast today for five miles on a trail.  That's a supplemental exercise to my life style.  At work I am on my feet for close to 8 hours. In no way would I call that exercise because my apple phone or fit bit told me I walked so many miles.

I grew up one mile from Manhattan. No one has a car. They truly walk many blocks a day through the course of their day. That is a different lifestyle than most live.

I think all movement is good no matter what. I do walk fast for 10-12 miles a day but at they end of a non work day I usually have 15-17 miles and end of a work day I’m in the 20 mile territory. Yeah it’s not as good for you as walking non stop but being on your feet and moving constantly is good for you much better than sitting at a desk allday.

I lived in Park Slope as a teenager and UES as an adult. The point is walking is walking movement is movement whether you are at a gym or on a construction site. According to google The average American is walking about 2 miles a day so yes if she is walking 7 miles a day that is pretty good. Walking is good for you regardless if it is stop and go or not more walking better. She didn't say she was training she said she was exercising you don't think walking up a flight of stairs instead of taking the elevator is exercise that adds up??? Walking your dog around the block is still exercise you dont have to run 20 miles for it to be exercise.

2 sets of Chin-ups
2 sets wide grip pull-ups
2 sets medium  grip pull-ups

Do these for lower lats, bro.

If you don't have a triangle bar just use your hands on the pullup bar, palms facing.

Not enough volume

You should have a thickness and width day 4 days apart.

If you want to improve your back.

Haha yeah I do between 10-12 mile walk a day on average a couple days a week I do 15. I usually split the walks in half but someday just walk the whole thing straight. I try to walk as fast as I can as well some days i average close to 5 miles an hour some days 4 and some days high 3s. Love walking. I am exhausted by 7 at night though but I do also get up at 5am.

The 7 sets of shoulder presses started with 35,40,45,50,55,60,65.

Do you speed walk? The average person walks at a pace of 3 mph. A brisk walking pace starts at about 3.5 mph.  If this is correct you walk between 4 and 5 hours on those 15 mile walks. Some postal carriers walk up to 12 miles a day. Are you a postman?

On average I get 8-9 miles In two hours if doing a straight 2 hour walk. If I walk 1 hour I usually get close to 5 miles. My lowest pace on a walk is usually 3.6-3.9. Yes I speed walk for my 10 miles then everything else after that is more relaxed walking.

It is great that you are being sensible about working out. How's the diet going? Are you eat well and staying healthy digestively?

I do deads using bands. Not stiff legged though....not yet anyway.

Heading to the Driving Range going to see how the elbow tendonitis holds up to the clubs. Also took a pic by the pool this morning of the old legs and wasn’t happy have decided it is time to step it up going to leave the basement and train at the club gym after the driving range. I believe they have a leg press.

Got it done.

Going heavier into the winter months.  Tons of DB clean and press, snatches, high pulls, etc.
