Look thick in those shots. For a successful guy whose entire life doesn't revolve around the gym, you look big. I would be curious to see you leaned down a bit. Of course I haven't gotten really lean myself in about 10 years, but hopefully soon.

I happen to think Alex has the genetics and structure to excel in bodybuilding if he chose to. But I think he's intelligent enough to realize that competing nowadays is not worth sacrificing your time and health, when there are more lucrative activities to be engaged in. As far as shrinking down to nothing, if he dieted slowly and did the right amount of cardio, he would still look impressive.
What structure? When he started dieting down for Mr.Getbig his already unimpressive arms went poof and his waist hardly shrink, he is a blocky big boned nancy boy.
