Hope you aren't referring to the guy in the pics with your comment - he looks better than anyone who has competed in the Mr Getbig (all 3 of them)

It was in response to the guy who said that we all would be under 150 if we were ripped.

Like i said.....what's the point in being so ripped when you only weigh 150lbs.....I'd rather be at 10% or so and be 200 or something...

Crazy arm vascularity.

Is it just me or does one arm seem to get more vascular than the other?

I can always see alot more veins on my left arm than on my right, with this guy it's the exact opposite.

Fair enough. I think the best naturals on this board wouldn't be more than 175 - 180 lb tops if they were ripped, and I include myself in that category. But like Will says, I'd rather be around 220 lb at ~ 15% bf, where you are lean enough to see the outline of your abs but also have enough body fat to lift as heavy as you possibly can.

I think Alex would probably look a lot better at around 220 lb compared to his look in the delt video he recently posted.

True.....everyone has different opinions on what they like.

Me personally, i don't care about being ripped (probably because i have never been ripped).

Even last year at my heaviest i was a fraction over 240lbs at 5'11, 18 years old. I was fat, yet i didn't care because i was big and strong for my age...
