There is actually safety data on ephedrine and caffeine combos. They are pretty damn safe and losing weight is good for your CV system. There are no other legal products that beat this.

Always reach for the drugs first.

People like Vince will just use the excuse that they stopped using their dieting stack (even if it's perfectly safe) for getting fat again.

Doing it via drugs won't provide a long term solution because the issue normally isn't losing some weight, it's keeping it off. The vast majority of people who lose weight fail to keep it off and in most cases end up fatter than before they actually started a diet.

Also if you look closely at my post you'd notice I didn't actually mention eating for health. You can eat garbage and still lose weight if you're as fat as Vince.

No diabetes. Blood pressure is low...really low. While I stopped taking stains, I still religiously take supplements such as fish oil , cq10, cranberry tablets, and a multivitamin .
