1 week out and relationship goes down the tubes

Help!!!! Need some support/encouragement. Right before my first body building comp, relationship goes to pieces. Trying to keep it together but it is kickin my butt. Has anyone ever experienced this

Competition dieting and relationships aren't always things that go together.  The significant other has to realize they aren't the most important thing during this time.  They should be supportive and do everything they can to help out.  Granted, you don't need to be a super bitch during this time as well.  I've been through quite a few shows.  The key is for the person to realize it is just a short period of time.  Hopefully you would be equally as supportive if they were going to spend 10-12 weeks focusing on something.

Oh been there just stayed focused your almost there.Worry about it later.When your dieting things (everything)seems worse.Just keep up your training ,diet,cardio and do what you set out to do.

Agreed,
You must have a significant other that realizes what happens when dieting.
I chalk it up to "Temporary Insanity", and try to let stuff roll off. 
Realizing there is an end to the tough weeks of prep, is key. 
However, as "Fast" says this does not give you rights to be a total JACKOFF!
Some just use dieting/prep as an exuse to be an A$$. 
Not that I'm saying anything like that about you Julie : )
