I have too say he got himself conditioned good,shoulders are seperated not too full but ok,arm's lean and pretty good vascularity,tricep's could be bigger,chest has decent shape not full enough on top,need's more overall chest thickness,ab's are deep and solid nice job their,but ab's are relative to how dieted you are anyway.forearm's puzzle me why not train them directly,at least 1 or 2 exercise's once per wk.overall he look's good,i expected less just cause i don't know him or how he train's.
