That’s great you’re healthy. Of course you’re 40, that is the age when your body starts to break down.( speaking from experience 😉) You can’t fend off all medical conditions with diet and exercise.

I think thinks get progressively harder starting at age 40...but I'm back to deadlifting 500+ on the trap bar now. Assuming that gyms are targeted again after this current closure, I should be in top form. Keep in mind, my weight class is u-80kg, so I don't expect to be bench pressing 405+. I do think I can't hit 350 @175 though. Which is great for me.

So while I have probably declined with age, I haven't noticed that decline yet.

I think it gets harder every 10 years, and I'm not there yet, IMO.

That being said. One of the three main reasons for getting vaccinated is to stop the spread of the virus. A fact which you commonly ignore.

The vaccine doesn't stop infection or spread - a fact YOU continually ignore.

I live alone in a detached home, live entirely off my savings/rent/crypto, and have the means to fully self-isolate while sick, for as long as possible, completely alone, until I recover.

If I worked a 9-5 job, or was required to be in proximity to masses of people for hours a day, you could make an argument that I could be putting people at risk. As of now, you have no such argument.

Out of curiosity, OAK - what gives you the right to potentially give people Covid, working in public with dozens or hundreds of people, on a daily basis?
