And my strategy to not be sick - in addition to building a strong natural terrain - has been to expose myself to sick people. And build immunity that way, as various cold strains are similar to others.

Again - I've seen the inside of a hospital five times in my life: twice for stitches, once for bacterial pneumonia [in 2006], once for a swollen foot that resolved on its own, and once for an ear infection I got flying back home from the 2014 Arnold Classic.

I've never broken a bone, never had surgery [unless wisdom teeth count].

Why wouldn't I trust my own immune system?

Of course I trust natural immunity!

I'm currently 174-lb, which is a good weight for me, and only just under my competitive weight, but I expect the contest season to be cancelled for the third time.  Otherwise, I'm good.

That’s great you’re healthy. Of course you’re 40, that is the age when your body starts to break down.( speaking from experience 😉) You can’t fend off all medical conditions with diet and exercise.
