I am 224lbs in this pic 44 years old taken today. I have been eating not dieted down or dehydrated or anything. The point of this pic was to practice the pose as I am trying to figure out which way is best for feet right vs left foot forward. It is not an easy pose basically a contortion. Main goal this winter is to continue to bring up the legs. End goal is possibly a show next summer as a 225lb Heavyweight but really need to keep working on the legs and the poses.

Two things.  1) Is "next summer" this Summer coming up or Summer 2023?  2) Why would you get a Critters tattoo on your shoulder?

Not even close my forearms are 16



Also again it is a mid winter daytime photo ie after I have already started eating and drinking for the day during a bulking phase. My waist measures about 32 inches when my stomach and intestines are empty. I have no problem getting shredded as shit I am working on gaining mass in my legs that isn't going to happen if I don't force food now.

They are going to be posted post contest by NPCNews Online Anyway am I not allowed to post progress pics in the meantime have I aged out of bodybuilding do they not have a Masters division? Also not nakked and fuck you guys I am in shape not many 44 year olds are in this kind of shape

Try to do some vacuum ab work. It will give you better proportion.

I don’t need to do any vacuum ab work it’s January and I am bulking and lean I do however have food in my intestines and stomach again I have no problem dialing in my waist. I need bigger legs that means I need to eat more and gain weight. You can't gain weight and have a 30 inch waist at the same time you have to eat. I don't have any fat on my abs but you need to process food somewhere and it takes time.
