No,I add the meals on to it as I eat them throughout the course of the day.

I`m not a big guy but if that was all I ate in a day,I`d disappear.  :D

Beetroot powder is one of your daily supplements. What exactly does this do to improve your health in your opinion? No sarcasm....just curious. I did read about it and it seems like a wonder substance.....but then this is said about many supplements and later debunked. One other question, when someone eats a lot of beets it colors their stool. Is this also true of beetroot powder. Why is it called beetroot? All beets are part of the root of a plant.

Yeah, the article I read says the powder tastes bitter and 'earthy'. Does not sound appetizing at all.

Shit,me and a buddy used to buy glandular protein powder back in the day................nasty as Hell................we couldn`t drink it,so we gave it to a friend, then we bought more not long afterwards cuz we kept hearing how great it was,and gave that to a friend also.

It was akin to drinking liquid beef.................... nasty shit.

I remember buying liquid collagen protein from a nutrition store years ago. Supposedly it is pure protein which may be the only positive thing one could say about it. It looked nasty and tasted even nastier.

Yeah I used to buy that too,way back in the 1970`s............it was incomplete protein so you had to eat another complete protein source with it.
