Two weeks ago, I felt something tickle just under my palm on my wrist. I look and
notice a bump. Confused, I press onto the bump and it goes right back into my wrist.
No immediate pain. Just an ache in my wrist, hand, and forearm afterwards. A day
later, it's gone.
Fast forward to a week later. I'm washing my dog's and I start having
pain in the same forearm, hand, wrist. Once I was done, the bump was back. So,
I pushed right back in. No sudden pain. But this time I ached for a few days till I lifted
again. So far lifting seems to help. Though I haven't trained my forearms directly.
Also, I wanna note that the bump appeared after a arm day. Here was my arm day routine.
Reverse grip curls with straight bar
Standing reverse wrist curls
Standing behind the back wrist curls
Hammer curls
Standing curls with EZ curl bar
Skull crushers with EZ curl bar
Overhead tricep extensions with ez curl bar
Alternating dumbbel curls
Preacher curls with the ez curl bar
Reverse grip one-handed tricep pushdowns
There was never a moment where I was in sudden pain, yet I feel something in this routine
is what caused it. Main culprit for me being the standing behind the back wrist curls. But my
knowledge on muscular physiology is limited, so I'm curious for others input.
