how much cardio did you do and how long did you cut for?
started out 30min per day post training...started diet april..lost 60lbs

I would have guessed you lost maybe 30 to 35 lbs. tops. Good job. Do you think you may have lost too much muscle during the diet phase, or was your bodyfat high enough that you knew in advance 60 lbs. would be the ticket?
nice job 60lbs why did you get that heavy in the first place though?was it that you just gave up on bodybuilding for a while then got back into it orjust a huge bulk phase that put alot of fluff on you?
