AHAHAHAHA A sweet update...most of you will think this is lame, but I am excited like you wouldnt imagine. I did my first "direct" upper body workout today since I was injured in 2005. It has been almost 3 years since I have done anything noteworthy for chest, shoulders, or triceps. I worked up to a sweet and MASSIVE
max bench, and did a bunch of lateral raises and stuff too.
BENCH
Up to a massive 155x1. I shake less under 900lbs on the squat than I did on this bench. I am literally completely uncapable of unracking the weight, but pressed it fairly well.....but its only 155 too.
