Time to take this up a gear
looking at all your food i notice you use a lot of condiments...ketchup, ranch dressing, cool whip.....
you would make a lot of room in your diet if you didnt have those...or just slightly more healthy choices...
just replace a daytime meal with a good whey shake, and replace a night meal with a good casien and it will knock your protein up, and push the other shit down a little...
