The gym has ropes. I might give them a shot in the morning to change things up a little.

I've got a pair of salamon trail shoes but only use them if it's really muddy. Im a big nike guy and my go to shoe is the pegasus. Lunarglide for the shorter stuff.
I run trails with the Salomon Speedcross 3, have used them in the Spartan Races, and even a GoRuck light. I think they're great. Traction on walls and stuff is insane. Just wish they had a rockplate in them for the pointy rocks.

If you go on Amazon, the price differs by color.......Since I didn't care about looks, I got the red ones with orange trim for 80 bucks, rather than the blue/black ones that were going for up to $120
How often do you run in them?....my Reebok"s hurt my feet if I use them a few times a week.

Gym was closed so I did kettlebells and the bike.Tomorrow is gonna be ugly. Going to try a beginner Crossfit routine and get into better cardio shape. Can't be the slowest guy when the zombies come.
