here's my previous condition and i plan to have the same condition but even better pecs, delts and arms
i'm doing bb training with constant tension reps up to a count of 4, pause for a count of 2 if it's a contacted position and then down for a count of 4, for 3-6 reps
today i did barbell curls in this fashion with 45 kg for 4 reps, and the goal is 60 kg for 3-6 reps
