And this is about the 4th or 5th sentence in the opening paragraph LOL!   ;D

Allow me to soak my brain in more coffee before I even attempt this read.   This article might exceed MOS' limit of brain stuff.   ;)

I find it highly unlikely that life is unique. But I think that it's also likely that any life we discover would be different enough from us that we might not have trouble recognizing it as life.
