Effective immediately, I hereby assume the role that the CalvinH account has been portraying for the last few years.

Feel free to start leaving me off lists while I try to get a few rounds of golf in to post about. I will also try to incorporate more machine-things into my workouts, and spread workouts that could be accomplished in an hour over three days. I will also increase my use of smileys. >:( >:(

This is a temporary solution, but will hopefully fill the void the board has been lamenting since late May.

No....he was researching a 7th bicep movement to add to his workout during work hours, missed the warning light, and some toxic hydrogen gas leaked into the facility. He was able to shut it down in time, but was stripped of internet access during the day.
