Yeah....He uses those Olympic lifting plates that are all the same diameter and look like 45s. Very similar to bumper plates. His squat vid is complete bs, the bar doesn't even bend across his back. But they have stronger bars in Bulgaria I guess.
If you look at his squat vid you can see other plates the same size only different colors in the background. I called him out and he said some shit like his country was poor and all the weights don't match. I guess they don't have spray paint there, cause when the plates at my gym get chipped up, the get a fresh coat of paint.
There are vid's of romanian chicks doing clean and jerks with what appears to be 315, but when the post the kilos, it was 60 kilos. Same size diameter because they train for the movement.
